Kidsplace
Kidsplace is a special program that provides before and after
school care for children in grades K-5. The program objective
is to provide a warm, caring environment for kids. Mature
and well-trained staff will supervise, aid in socialization
skills and help with homework in our child-friendly club rooms.
Transportation is provided to and from most Commack and Elwood
schools.
AM: Days & Times - Monday through Friday,
7:00 am to start of school day. The JCC will provide breakfast
and transport your child to their appropriate school. (Based
on availability). There is a minimum and maximum registration
required.
PM: Days & Times - Monday through Thursday,
3:30 pm - 6:00 pm.
Friday - 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm sharp!
Please be prompt when picking up your child. No child will
be released to anyone other than a parent who resides with
the child unless a note is received.
Upon registration there will be a 2 month deposit plus a $50
late pick-up fee required. $5 will be deducted for every 15
min. past the scheduled pick-up time. Any amount remaining
will be credited to your last payment.
Please contact the JCC office before 1:00 pm at 462-9800,
if your child is sick and will not be attending Kidsplace.
All Jewish and legal holidays are observed. Full day Holiday
programs are available at an additional cost during school
recess.
Sibling Discount
10% discount on second or third child attending Kidsplace
two or more days per week.
