The Transitional Families Center at the Suffolk Y-JCC provides a supportive atmosphere for any person involved in a family experiencing change. With trained leaders, the groups provide their members with the opportunity to share, experience, grow and understand the unique dynamics of their families in a warm supportive atmosphere. Learn with the help of the group and an experienced professional leader to deal effectively with life situations. All new participants will meet individually with a staff member to determine group placement.
