GENERAL INFORMATION

UJA-Federation of New York created Connect to Care, an initiative that capitalizes on its capacity to respond to a community wide crisis and use its vast agency network to leverage the services. The result is a broad array of services that are coordinated among agencies and area synagogues to provide you and your family with the help you need, where you need it. You can access services near your home, your job, or are in a more discreet location, ensuring that services are easy to obtain, comprehensive and delivered confidentially.

If you have any questions, please contact Sara Shapiro at 631-462-9800 ext. 118.  schedule.

You can access services near your home, your job or in a more discreet location, ensuring that services are easy to obtain, comprehensive and delivered confidentially.
